Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 10 September 2026
Victoria Design Lab wants this site to work for everyone, including people using a keyboard, a screen reader, or a browser’s own zoom and contrast settings.
Our commitment
We design and build victoriadesignlab.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. In practice, that means:
- A skip link to jump straight to the main content.
- Every part of the site — including the navigation, the cart and checkout — can be used with a keyboard alone.
- Visible focus outlines on every interactive element, never hidden.
- Text alternatives for images, and information that never relies on colour alone.
- Forms with visible labels, clear instructions, and errors that are announced, not just shown.
- Motion and animation that respect your device’s reduced-motion setting.
Ongoing work
Accessibility isn't a one-off pass we tick and forget — it's part of how every page and component on this site gets built and reviewed. If you find something that's hard to use, we want to know, and we'll do what we can to fix it.
