The five steps

Discovery
Typical duration: 1–3 days
From you: A short brief, examples of sites you like (or don't), and any content you already have. If you're not sure yet, book the Discovery Workshop instead.
You get: A written scope and a fixed price for the package that fits.
02
Plan & structure
Typical duration: 3–5 days
From you: Sign-off on the sitemap, plus your deposit (or full payment, where the package is paid in full) to confirm the project.
You get: A sitemap and wireframes for every page, agreed before design starts.

Design
Typical duration: 1–3 weeks, depending on package
From you: Feedback on two structured rounds of design.
You get: Full visual design of the key pages, ready to build.
04
Build
Typical duration: 2–6 weeks, depending on package
From you: Final content, and any logins or access we need (domain, hosting, existing platform).
You get: A working site or shop on a private preview link, for you to test.
05
Launch & handover
Typical duration: about 1 week
From you: Sign-off to go live.
You get: The live site, a Lighthouse performance report, and a handover call.
Timings above are typical for a mid-size project. Each package's own turnaround (see its service page or /pricing/) is the figure that applies to your project.

Frequently asked questions
What if I'm slow to give feedback or content?
The turnaround figures assume reasonably prompt feedback. If a step slips because content or sign-off is delayed, the finish date moves with it — we'll tell you as soon as we see it happening, not at the end.
How many rounds of revisions do I get?
Two structured rounds of design feedback are built into every package. Extra rounds beyond that are scoped and priced separately, agreed with you first.
Can I see the site before it goes live?
Yes — every project runs on a private preview link from the build stage onward, so you can test it properly before launch.
What happens if a step slips?
We tell you, and we tell you why — usually it's waiting on content, access, or feedback. The fixed price doesn't change because of a delay on either side unless the scope itself changes.
Do I need to know what I want before I contact you?
No. That's what the Discovery Workshop and the Discovery step are for — come with a problem, not a finished brief.
