Will my Google rankings actually survive the move?
We can't guarantee rankings — no one honestly can, since Google's ranking factors aren't fully public. What we do is remove the biggest controllable risk: every important URL gets a mapped 301 redirect, agreed before launch and spot-checked after it.
What's the difference between Refresh and Rebuild & Migrate?
Refresh restyles your site on the platform it’s already on. Rebuild & Migrate moves you to a new platform entirely — pick this if the CMS itself, not just the design, is the problem.
Can you keep my existing content, or does it all get rewritten?
We carry across what’s working and flag what’s genuinely outdated. A full rewrite is scoped as the Page Copywriting add-on if you want one.
How long will search rankings take to settle after launch?
It varies by site and can take anywhere from days to a few weeks for Google to fully re-index. We record a baseline before launch so we — and you — can see what’s happening.
What if I only need a handful of pages redesigned, not the whole site?
Tell us at the brief stage — Refresh scopes to exactly the pages that need it, up to 10.
Do you migrate my email and domain too?
The redirect map covers the website's URLs. Email and DNS changes are planned alongside launch so nothing goes down, but they're outside the redirect map itself.
