Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The Discovery Workshop and booked sessions
You can cancel or reschedule a booked Discovery Workshop (or any other booked session) free of charge up to 24 hours before it's due to start. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the booked time may incur a fee of 50% of the session price. Once you attend the Workshop, its full €250 fee is credited against any package you book within 60 days.
2. Project deposits
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, if you're a consumer you have a 14-day right to withdraw from an order placed online. Because most projects begin working within that 14-day window at your request, during checkout you'll be asked to confirm that you want work to start before the 14 days are up. If you then cancel before the first design presentation, we may retain a proportionate amount of your deposit to cover the work already done. Once you've approved the first design presentation, your deposit covers the work carried out to that point and is non-refundable.
3. Monthly plans (Lab Care, Monthly SEO)
These run on a rolling monthly basis. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Once a month has been billed, that month isn't refunded — the plan is priced and delivered on a monthly cycle.
4. Add-ons
Additional pages and page copywriting follow the same deposit and refund terms as the package they're added to.

6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish law.
