Frequently asked questions
Can I edit the site myself after launch?
On Studio and Signature, yes — both include a content management system, and we walk you through it on the handover call. Launch is a fixed 5-page site without a CMS; ask if you’d like one added.
What if my content isn't ready yet?
Tell us at the brief stage. We can work from placeholder structure and drop your content in later, or add Page Copywriting as an add-on so we write it for you.
Do you build on WordPress or a custom platform?
Either. Most sites are built in Astro for speed, but we'll use WordPress or Shopify if that's what your team needs to manage it long-term. We agree the platform at the brief stage.
What happens to my current domain and email?
Nothing changes unless you want it to. We point the domain at the new site when you're ready to launch; your email keeps working as normal.
Is hosting included?
No — we're not a host. We'll help you choose one and get the site live, and Lab Care plans handle everything except the hosting bill itself.
What if I need more pages later?
Add them any time as the Additional page add-on (€290/page), or move up to Lab Care Plus/Partner, which include design and dev hours each month.
