1. Who we are

Victoria Design Lab ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We're based at 25 St Killian's Park, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, D22 W262, Ireland. You can reach us at support@victoriadesignlab.com or +353 1 457 8520.

2. What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, book the Discovery Workshop, or buy a package or plan through checkout, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (if given), company name (if given), postal or billing address (for orders), and the details of your enquiry, booking, or order.

The contents of your shopping cart are stored in your own browser (in localStorage) and are never sent to us until you choose to complete checkout or send us a message — we don't see what's in your cart unless you submit it.

3. How we use it

We use your details to respond to enquiries, process orders, plan and deliver the work you've booked, and meet our own accounting and legal obligations.

4. How your message reaches us

The contact form and checkout currently work by opening a pre-filled email in your own email application, addressed to support@victoriadesignlab.com. Your details pass directly from your device to your inbox and ours — there is no third-party form-processing service in between. If that changes, we'll update this policy to name the processor involved.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, but only if you've given consent via the cookie banner — nothing from Google loads before you accept. See our Cookie Policy for full details, including how to change your choice at any time.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with:

• Our email provider, so we can receive and reply to your messages and orders.
• Google Analytics, only if you've consented to analytics cookies.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order details for as long as we need them to deliver the work and meet our accounting and legal obligations, and delete them once that period has passed.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, contact support@victoriadesignlab.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

9. Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them.

10. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if how we collect or use personal data changes, and update the date at the top.
