Frequently asked questions
Which platform do you build shops on?
Shopify most often, because it's reliable for day-to-day store management; we'll use WooCommerce or a headless/custom build on Shop Custom where that fits better. We agree the platform at the brief stage.
I already sell on a marketplace — can you migrate my products?
Yes. Product import is scoped as part of Shop Starter and Shop Growth; tell us your product count and current platform at the brief stage.
Do you handle payments?
We set up the payment gateway (typically Stripe) during the build. The gateway itself takes a small transaction fee — that's between you and the provider, not us. We don't hold or process your customers' card details.
What if I sell more than my package's product cap?
The cap is about build scope (catalogue structure, filtering), not a hard limit — most shops can add products beyond it later. If you're planning serious growth from day one, Shop Growth or Shop Custom scope for that properly.
Is stock management included?
Yes, the storefront includes stock tracking. Syncing stock with a separate warehouse or POS system is scoped as an integration on Shop Growth and Shop Custom.
What about shipping rates and tax?
We configure your actual shipping rules and tax rates during the build, based on where and how you ship.
