Most packages take a deposit — 50% on most, 40% on the larger Signature, Shop Custom and Product UI builds — with the balance invoiced at launch. Smaller, faster packages (audits, the Discovery Workshop) are paid in full at booking. Retainers — Lab Care and Monthly SEO — bill monthly, first month due when you sign up, cancellable with 30 days' notice.

A 90-minute working session, in the studio or remote, for anyone unsure which service or package fits — or with a brief too specific for a packaged tier. You'll leave with a written recommendation and rough scope. The fee is credited in full against any package you book within 60 days, so the advice is never money lost.

Frequently asked questions
Are these prices final, or is there a hidden cost later?
The price shown is the price for the scope described. If you ask for something outside that scope mid-project, we'll agree a change in writing — including any price change — before we do it. No surprise invoices.
What's the difference between a deposit and full payment?
Deposit packages need less upfront and settle the balance at launch. Full-payment packages are smaller, faster pieces of work (audits, the Workshop) where the whole job is done in one go, so it's billed that way.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown include VAT where applicable. If you need a VAT invoice or have a question about VAT, contact us at support@victoriadesignlab.com.
Can I pay in instalments beyond the deposit/balance split?
Not currently — it's a two-part deposit/balance structure, or full payment for full-payment packages. Ask us if your situation needs something different.
What if I want to cancel after paying a deposit?
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy — short version: you have statutory cancellation rights, and once work is genuinely underway a proportionate amount may be retained for what’s been done.
