Buying
Do I have to talk to someone before I can buy a package?
No. Every package has a real price and a working Add to cart button — you can go from reading about it to checkout without a call. Book the Discovery Workshop or a free intro call if you'd rather talk it through first.
What's the difference between the Discovery Workshop and a free intro call?
The intro call is a free 20-minute conversation about whether we’re a fit. The Discovery Workshop is a paid, 90-minute working session that ends with a written recommendation and scope — and its €250 fee is credited against any package you book within 60 days.
Can I combine services from different tracks?
Yes — most projects do. A new site plus branding, or a redesign plus SEO, are common pairings. Add each package to your cart separately; they check out together.
Process
How long does a typical project take?
Between one week (an SEO & Speed Audit) and ten weeks (Signature or Shop Custom), depending on the package. Each package states its own turnaround.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before I start?
No — that's what Discovery is for, whether that's the free intro call, the paid Workshop, or the Discovery step of a project you've already booked.
Can I see progress before the site is finished?
Yes, from the build stage onward every project runs on a private preview link.
Ownership
Who owns the final website, shop or brand?
You do. Code, content and design files are yours at handover — stated plainly in our Terms of Service, not just a marketing line.
Can I take the site to another developer later?
Yes. Since you own the files and the platform is a standard one (Astro, WordPress, Shopify), any competent developer can pick it up.
Do you keep working on the site after handover?
Only if you choose Lab Care. Handover means the project is complete and yours — Lab Care is an optional add-on, never a requirement.
Payments
How much deposit do I need to pay to start?
50% on most packages, 40% on the larger Signature, Shop Custom and Product UI builds. Some smaller packages (audits, the Workshop) are paid in full at booking. Each package states its own terms.
Are prices shown in EUR?
Yes, all prices are in EUR, shown as the total price including VAT where applicable.
What if I need to cancel after paying?
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy — you have statutory cancellation rights, and the Discovery Workshop has its own 24-hour cancellation window.
Care
Do I have to sign up for Lab Care after my project?
No — it's entirely optional, offered once your project is live, never bundled into the build price.
What if my site was built by someone else — can I still get Lab Care?
Yes. We run a short health check first so we know what we’re taking on, then Lab Care works the same way regardless of who built the site.
Can I cancel Lab Care once I’ve started?
Yes, any time, with 30 days' notice — it's a rolling monthly plan, not a fixed-term contract.
